In 1962, Inna Olevskaya moved to Leningrad and entered the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Higher Art and Industrial College named after Mukhina, who graduated in 1967. Since 1969, the artist has been working at the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (since 2005, the Imperial Porcelain Factory). Inna Solomonovna trained in Italy and Germany, participated in international symposia on ceramics.

Immersed in the art world, created by the artist and sculptor in porcelain Inna Olevskaya, the viewer makes a dizzying journey through time and space. The unique style of Olevskaya is bright and recognizable. It contains the heritage of the Silver Age, avant-garde art, medieval Italy and empire, release stories and modern ideas are woven into a single whole through the unique creative power of the author and her original view of the world.

Her work departs from the usual understanding of porcelain as a material - Inna Olevskaya is trying to identify new facets of the expressive capabilities of decorative and applied art. In her monumental compositions, the traditions of art, the style of different eras, philosophical reflections and literary images are intertwined, interpreting them, she expresses herself and builds a dialogue with the audience. The creativity of Inna Olevskaya is real poetry in the art of porcelain.

On September 30, 2017, at the Main Headquarters of the State Hermitage, a personal exhibition of the work of the artist and sculptor Inna Olevskaya of the Imperial Porcelain Factory “Metamorphoses of Porcelain Plastic” was opened.
