At the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Arts, he began to professionally engage in ceramics. Later he moved to Leningrad, where he studied mastery at the Higher School. Mukhina. In 1985 he graduated from the Higher School of Art and Industrial Art and until 1992 he worked in the Art Fund.

He began to study porcelain at the school, and to this day it is the main material for creativity.
